About Can Picafort
The resort has a relaxed, family character: a pedestrianised centre around the Passeig Enginyer Antoni Garau, a harbour at one end and dunes and pine forest at the other, where the S'Albufera nature reserve begins. Son Bauló, just south, is a quieter residential extension with its own small beach. Santa Margalida, the parent village, lies inland. Roads are wide and parking is easy compared with the southwest, so the drop itself is quick once the rider arrives.
